Supreme Court of Michigan Vacates Judgment of Court of Appeals in Veterans’ Disability Case Handled by Law Offices of Carson J. Tucker

The Michigan Supreme Court issued an order summarily vacating the judgment of a state appellate court, which had ruled against a veteran represented by the Law Offices of Carson J. Tucker.

The Court remands to the Court of Appeals to apply the ruling by the United States Supreme Court in Howell v. Howell, a case in which Mr. Tucker also participated pro bono by filing an amicus curiae brief on behalf of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Operation Firing for Effect, two national non-profit veterans services organizations.

More on this case later.
