Law Offices of Carson J. Tucker filed another appeal brief in a complex and contentious paternity case in which the trial court entered attorneys’ fees for the plaintiff (father) who has a monthly income ($15,000) greater than the annual income of Mr. Tucker’s client against whom the $25000 attorney fee award was entered!
It is a very interesting issue and will likely spark much debate in the Court of Appeals and beyond.
