Supreme Court Reschedules Oral Arguments in Bailey v. Schaaf et al. for March

This is the landlord / property management company liability case for which I wrote an amicus curiae brief on behalf of Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.  The Supreme Court adjourned oral argument from January until March.
